| Details: | SUMMARY: +T/C for 4 repeats from 11/16/06 DETAILS: Called Joe and requested that he have the well and distribution disinfected and flushed thoroughly. He is then to take 4 more repeat samples (one must be from the well head). If all is o.k. he will then need to take 5 temporary routines in December 2006. I also informed Joe that a public notice needs to be written and provided to the water users and DHS DWP as required. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat test results. | ||
