| Details: | SUMMARY: BOTTLED WATER PROVIDED DETAILS: Coliform samples have continued to be positive but bottled water has been provided, and has always been used for drinking and food prep. Corrective actions include repair of broken pipes, repairing UV unit, and chlorinating the well. Last chlorine on 2/28 and school will test for coliform when chlorine is gone. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinator may be required if problem not corrected. | ||
