| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will provide boil water advisory today, do four repeats DETAILS: Operator reported late aft. 12/20 that four of five routines collected 12/19/06 were positive for E. coli. Positive sample sites were the well, spaces 7, 14, and 16. I met with him on site with PN forms-- he will distribute those today. We discussed possible causes-- nothing obvious but he will lock the pumphouse from now on. Op will take four repeats, disinfect. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
