| Details: | SUMMARY: Chlorine residual level of 0 in October 2006 DETAILS: I contacted Kelly by phone and explained to her that there was no detectable chlorine residual in the distribution where the sample from 10/3/2006 was taken. She said she was going to contact the system operator and have them increase chlorine levels as needed and do some follow-up residual testing in the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
