Details: SUMMARY: Chlorine residual level at 0 in October 2006 DETAILS: Called Bernie to inquire about chlorine residual levels in the distribution system. He said there was a detectable level when he took the sample. I asked him to follow up with more residual testing in the distribution and adjust feeder as needed to maintain a detectable level. ACTION NEEDED: None
