| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly coliform sample positive for total coliform DETAILS: Called on the 3rd of October and left a message with contact phone number. Called again on the 5th of October and spoke with contact. She stated she was under the impression that the system was ok. I explained to her the alert I had received and she understood and agreed to resample. Spoke with contact on 11 October, she said she had turned the sample in yesterday and would contact me with the results tomorrow. 12 October special coliform sample came back with a negative result.
