| Details: | SUMMARY: +TC on repeat test in August 2006 DETAILS: Minerva called on 8/23/2006 at 10 am to report after a second disinfection and flush of the system all 3 wells tested negative for TC but a fifth sample taken from a hose bib (same property as last positive sample-- kitchen faucet) was positive. They need to issue a public notice. After talking with Tom C. (DWP) I informed her that the system was already in violation for the month so with the public notice, I reminded her that next month they would need 5 temporary routines that were clean to return to regular monthly testing. The house with the poor test taps will be removed from the sample list. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on temporary routines. | ||
