| Details: | SUMMARY: Four of five temp. routines taken 11/6/06 +TC DETAILS: I called and left message for Tim with the manager. He said Tim is up disinfecting the system as we speak. I asked him to tell Tim to call if he has any questions, and to also remind Tim that he needs to keep doing the 5 temporary routines until they are all absent of coliform, and to also keep the Public Notice up until the situation is resolved. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time-- will continue to monitor. | ||
