| Details: | SUMMARY: +T/C for Sept routine 2006 DETAILS: Lee called to report a positive total coliform sample for September 2006. He asked what to do next. I told him to take 4 repeat tests (one from the site that was positive, one 5 connections up, one 5 connections down, and then one from the well head). Lee asked about a public notice and I told him its not required until a repeat test is positive. I also reminded him of the 5 temporary routines required for October. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing. | ||
