| Details: | SUMMARY: +TC for routine in Aug 2006 DETAILS: I called Larry on 8/11/06 and left him a voice message. He returned my call on 8/14/06 and said that he visited the system and discovered that the feed line from the dosing tank was clogged and the system was not being chlorinated as needed. The line has been cleaned and Larry has contacted Waterlab to take the 4 repeat tests. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing. | ||
