Details:	SUMMARY: 3 out of 5 routine samples collected on 09/22/06 tested positive for total coliform DETAILS: 9/26. Called and left a message for Wendy to get back to me ASAP (she is not in today). 9/27. Wendy will not do four repeat samples, as it is very clear at this point that the system needs to be shocked at the source. The system will be shocked this Friday (9/29) and allowed to stand until Sunday night when it will be flushed. I discussed detailed shocking and flushing protocol with Wendy. 10/09. Per Neilson- 4 repeat samples (collected on 10/05) tested negative for total coliform. I called and informed Wendy of this result. We discussed her methodology and determined that it was very thorough. If any of the five routines this month are positive we will discuss treatment options. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of October.
