| Details: | I spoke to Shannon by phone and e-mailed. The well vent is scheduled to be repaired on 3/24/2020. The operator has the beginning of an emergency response plan. I provided the ERP template for DWS web-site for small systems up to 1,000 people. I set the corrective action plan due date for 5/1/2020. |
