| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed L/C sampling procedures re 8/12/06 copper exceedance DETAILS: The systems 8/12/06 L/C round exceeded the copper action level (1.395 mg/L). I reviewed the sampling procedure with the operator-- he states the water retention time was within the 6-18 hr. limits. The site that exceeded was a new site (laundry room for RV parking area) that apparently had not been M/R before. I asked Steven to review the sample site selection procedure and sent him guidance materials and a copy of the 14A form, which he apparently had not submitted with these samples.
