Discussed and reviewed notice sent home 9/25. Faxed template for unresolved and resolved public notice. Notified system to fax corrected public notice to state and MCHD. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate 9/26/06 and resample after chlorination. Notify our office of the results.
