| Details: | SUMMARY: Xylenes tested at 0.00096 on 10/06/06 DETAILS: Griffin Creek Elementary had a xylenes hit of 0.0044 on their last VOC set. I sent them a letter asking them to start quarterly sampling of xylenes until the problem is resolved (although below the MCL, they are required to increase sampling frequency with any detects). The first quarterly sample was collected on 10/06/06 at 0.00096. I consulted Scott Curry on this issue. He asked that they continue quarterly sampling (he may require treatment at a later date but not at this point). ACTION NEEDED: The next xylenes sample will be due in the first quarter of 2007. | ||
