Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform sample positive (+) DETAILS: 03/03- Called the water association office and left a detailed message asking the operator to take four repeat samples due to positive total coliform samples on 2/06/06. I received a call-back and the operator said he chlorinated all the wells but he believes the source of contamination is at the junction in the pipe. He let me know that he took the four repeat samples and that they were negative on 2/20/06. ACTION NEEDED: Continue monthly sampling but take 5 routine samples next month following a positive sample.
