| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will resample 5th site for L/C DETAILS: Operator states the site that exceeded the action level on the 8/12/06 round was a utility sink in the laundry. I told the op that I would disqualify that site as non-representative, and that he needs to submit a substitute 5th sample to complete the round. We discussed using the previous 5th site and making sure to submit form 141A for this round. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
