| Details: | SUMMARY: A routine sample collected 10/03/06 tested positive for total coliform DETAILS: Called ODOT- Susan has not worked there for 1.5 years. Sven is the new operator (on vacation, as are Randy and Kelly, the other two water system operators). They will try to find someone to sample tomorrow but may have to wait until Monday. 10/09- Per Neilson, four repeat samples passed. I called and spoke with Randy. Sven and Kelly are out of the office. Randy said that they did not determine a reason for the positive nor did they make any changes prior to resampling. He said that they are going to be keeping a close eye on the chlorine residual level. Please note the change in contact (an information change has been submitted). ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples need to be collected in November. | ||
