Details: SUMMARY: Data entry error for lead DETAILS: Review of SDWIS shows that the highest of ten lead sample results was entered as the 90th percentile, rather than the second highest. (samples taken 11/06). ACTION NEEDED: Sent copies of results to PSOB, for referral to data magagement unit for resolution.
