| Details: | SUMMARY: State regulated- nitrate test from 11/1/06 exceeds half the MCL. System in SDWIS as inactive DETAILS: Tried 11/21 and 11/22 to contact Doug Sacks at the above phone number with no success. No answer and no message machine. System is listed as inactive so I sent a letter asking them to call me if the system is once again active (see attached). Also mentioned in the letter my recommendation regarding the nitrate test. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this point, will wait and see if I hear back from anyone. | ||
