Details: SUMMARY: State regulated- 1 of 5 temp routines taken 11/3/06 +TC and +FC DETAILS: Tina called 11/6/06 to report +FC temp. routine. She reported that this sample was pulled by a resident unfamiliar with proper sampling protocol. The sample was taken from a garden hose immediately after it had been used to fill a dog dish-- the hose was immersed in the bowl as well. I told her that she needs to ask Coffey Labs to request from the DHS-DWP that the sample be thrown out due to improper sample location. Then she needs to take one more routine. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time.
