| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed and completed section 2 of the ERP (required for non-community systems) and discussed the security vulnerability self-assessment guide DETAILS: 10/25- Preston and I discussed the ERP and completed section 2. The biggest security weakness in the system is currently the absence of a lock on the well-house door. Preston is going to add a lock and review additional aspects of his security protocol by going through the security vulnerability self-assessment guide. A sanitary survey was also performed at this time. 10/30- Preston was mailed a copy of the completed ERP section 2 as well as the proof of completion form. ACTION NEEDED: Preston needs to mail in the proof of completion form that he has been provided with. | ||
