Details: SUMMARY: All 4 repeats taken 10/31/06 +TC DETAILS: Tim called me to report that all repeats failed. He had already arranged for someone to come in and disinfect the system. He asked for a copy of the public notice template and I faxed it to him. He knows to do 5 routines in November. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time. Will continue to monitor.
