| Details: | SUMMARY: CCR Update DETAILS: Our initial visit with Cindy consisted of an introduction to the web site and the example CCRs and templates. We discussed at length the required language, definitions and lab analysis to be inserted into the report. Her husband had completed the reports in the past but due to his recent passing she now has assumed the responsibility. We worked thru the DWP web site getting her familiar with pulling up locations where data for the CCR would be located, as well as coliform analysis results posting of her routine samples. While going thru work previously done for the MHP, we located a CCR from a previous year. It was unclear whether the CCR had ever been submitted. Cindy and I discussed using this as a format for the 2005 CCR submittal and inserting the current lab results. The report appeared to contain the required language. Cindy has reported several follow ups of progress toward completion but has been quite busy preparing for new management due to arrive of the end of this month. We had targeted completion of the report prior to their arrival and continue on that timeline. I reported to Cindy the notification received from DWP regarding Circuit Ridge help with CCRs and she will need to work with Coos County HD. I apologized for any inconvenience and reminded Cindy of the other services thru our program relative to the ground water system at the MHP. ACTION NEEDED: Notify Coos County HD of the status of the Sand N Wood CCR Report process. | ||
