| Details: | SUMMARY: CCR Consultation & Submittal DETAILS: I met with Joanne to finalize a review of her completed CCR and Certification form. She is the first of my contacts to complete her CCR using the DWP web site, example forms, as a template for the Systems CCR. She had computer problems and lost all the work accomplished to this point on her report. On 1-19-07 received a faxed marked water report for the system. In response to the notification received from DWP, I called Rick Hallmark at Coos County with the intent of faxing a copy of the systems report to his office as well as all activities currently in progress in the county on CCRs by the Circuit Rider Program. ACTION NEEDED: Inform Joanne of the change in assistance regarding completion of the CCR process. | ||
