| Details: | SUMMARY: Pos. total coliform and 3 repeat positives DETAILS: The routine positive coliform occurred on 9/5/06, but Kuo labs did not directly report it. The repeats were taken 9/7/06 and 3 of the 4 were positive and again Kuo did not report the results till 10/12/06. Brent Hereford stated that he was not aware that the lab did not report the results as required. Mr. Hereford does not know why there were positives. I have sent the public notice template to Mr. Hereford. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice must be posted in a conspicuous place. A copy must be received by OSDA/Drinking Water. 5 routines required in October. Notice must remain until all samples are negative. | ||
