Details:	SUMMARY: Pos. total coliform DETAILS: Gene Rust contacted me but did not give a reason for the positives, and stated that he would be taking the 4 repeats and if negative follow the repeats with 5 routine positives. Mr. Rust has the public notice templates and will follow procedure if repeat samples are negative. The firm does supply bottled water for employees to drink. Positive coliform on 10/11/06. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples followed by 5 routines the following month, if repeats are negative.
