| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate over MCL DETAILS: Firm is monitoring nitrate quarterly. On 6/20/06 the nitrate level was 10.1 mg/l and on Sept. 5 the nitrate level exceeded MCL (13.8 mg/l). Jack is aware of the level and has posted public notice. Mr. Bellinger is considering installing treatment for nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and continue quarterly monitoring. Public notice must remain in a visible location until further sample results show that the level of nitrate is below 10 mg/l. | ||
