| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert TCR one positive repeat sample DETAILS: Alert dated 9/18/06 for one positive total coliform repeat sample taken on 8/30/06. Three other repeat samples from the same date were absent for coliform. Spoke with Luis Rios on 10/9/06. Four repeat samples were taken on 9/11/06 and all were negative and five routine samples were taken on 10/3/06 and all were negative. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly coliform sampling. | ||
