| Details: | SUMMARY: Angela called to report that a routine sample taken on 11/08/06 tested positive for total coliform DETAILS: Routine taken at laundry room was positive for total coliform. Operator does not know why it might be positive. I discussed proper sampling technique with Angela and since she could not find her copy of the sampling plan, I informed her where the repeat sites are located. Sampling plan is not being followed. I will send the plan to Angela again. I informed her to send a copy of the plan to the lab and ensure that the lab follows it. ACTION NEEDED: Angela will take repeat samples according to our phone conversation and the sampling plan and will call with results of repeat samples ASAP. | ||
