| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will provide PN, disinfect, do 5 routine coliform samples in Dec. 06 DETAILS: Operator reports that 3 repeats were total coliform positive- 1820 Hafez, 1815 Hafez, and well no. 2. The sample collected at 1885 Hafez was absent. The free Cl level now is 0.3 ppm but the operator was unsure of the reading at the time of sample collection. The operator will provide PN ASAP, disinfect the system, and M/R 5 routines in Dec 06. The operator stated that the system is looking at installing a reservoir to provide more contact time. I suggested he contact HBH for a consult prior to moving forward on that. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
