| Details: | SUMMARY: All 4 repeat samples taken 12/22/06 pos. TC and 2 of 4 pos. E. coli DETAILS: Steve Dahl and I left message for Linda at Friday 1:30 pm as soon as I got the alert. We told her she needs to issue a boil water notice to all the users within 24 hrs. This BWN must stay in effect until the system is disinfected and there are 5 temporary routines that come back absent for coliform. We mentioned that this situation may be at the point where professional help should be brought in to help her, such as a consultant. We asked her to call and leave us a fax number so we can fax her a copy of the BWN. I also tried calling the president of the water system, Eric and Steffany Jastak, but didnt get an answer or a message machine. I called Linda back and asked her to call me this evening and left her my cell phone number. I can then fax her the BWN information from my home if needed. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
