| Details: | DETAILS: 2 of 5 routines on December 6 positive. These 5 routines are following consistent positives since August 2006. Discussed possible causes with Theresa at Umpqua Lab and operator Thom. Reservoir had maintenance done Oct. 24. Positives are possibly left over contamination from divers? ACTION NEEDED: Thom will chlorinate reservoir to 5 ppm and then take 1 routine and at least 2 special samples in January. Samples will be from reservoir and 2 locations that have been positive in the past. Will continue to monitor. Will continue to use ongoing public notice. | ||
