| Details: | DETAILS: System took 5 routines in Nov. following a positive routine in Oct. 2 of 5 routines positive. This same scenario happened in Nov. of 2005. Discussed with Doug with Coffey Lab. Made site visit to RV park and discussed with manager Cheryl. System should do public notice, find and fix problem, take special samples to verify and 5 routines in Dec. Cheryl states she was instructed to put 1/3 cup bleach into well 3 days before lab comes to take sample. We discussed the risks of this and masking a possible contamination problem and that this practice should stop. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice, fax me a copy, chlorinate system, wait a week and take 2 special samples. Take 5 routines in December. | ||
