| Details: | SUMMARY: Phone conversation regarding tank cleaning and sampling plan. DETAILS: Operator is following up on deficiencies pointed out on last sanitary survey (10/16/06). Operator sent a detailed coliform sampling plan and has it on file at his office. We also discussed a time frame for having the reservoir cleaned. He is looking at information if the files to see if the tank has ever been cleaned. He will talk to city council to determine schedule and write the agreed upon time frame so the schedule does not slip away. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
