| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up call to assure repeat samples were taken DETAILS: I called Jerry in the morning to verify 4 repeats were taken. I left message on answering phone. I tried Tammy at her place of work and was informed that she was at training. I called evening to house again and spoke to Tammys mother and she said they took more samples. Jerry was not expected back until Wednesday evening. I called TD Water Quality Lab and spoke to Ken. He stated that repeats were brought in but did not want to give any information over the phone and would give a message to DeeAnn in the morning. ACTION NEEDED: At a minimum, 5 routines in the month of December. | ||
