| Details: | I called Ms. Jordan to remind her that she must submit written verification that the significant deficiencies noted during the water system survey have been corrected and the dates they were corrected or be on an approved schedule for correction by March 30, 2020. I again e-mailed her the Small Water System Vulnerability Assessment and Emergency Response Plan handout, the Small System Operations and Maintenance Plan handout, the water system survey letter and a copy of the water survey. | ||
