| Details: | SUMMARY: 4 repeat samples taken 10/20/06 all TC pos. Called Don and left message to contact me to discuss violation. System-wide phone problems. DETAILS: Called 8:30 and 10:30 am. Direct contact at 2:00 pm. I tried to contact Don Hore, I left a message to call me to discuss the status of the water system. I also spoke with Theresa from Umpqua, she has also tried but failed to contact Don. I also spoke to Robin Moats (city recorder) to discuss the posting of the water system. ACTION NEEDED: Enforcement letter written 10/23/06. Letter will be sent to City of Antelope requesting a meeting with city council to discuss steps the water system is to take to remove them from the SNC list. | ||
