Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed Oct. 06 TCR non-reporting violation DETAILS: Mark called Pamela Hickenbottom in the Portland office on 12/8/06 and left a message regarding an observed violation for not enough routine samples for October 2006 on website. Pamela passed info along to me on phone duty and I returned Marks call. 12/8/06- Mark (541-580-7953 mobile) indicated that they took two routine samples as required for October 2006, but that we only show one of them received on website. Mark contacted Umpqua Lab and they forwarded him results of the two routine samples. Investigation revealed that only sample 610180701 was received by the DWP. I encouraged Mark to get copies of both sample results, along with dates received and sent, and send them with a memo of explanation to the DWP attention Diane Stockton, mgr. DMCA, for review. 12/11/06 Mark called in again and we reviewed status and instructions for submittal of documentation. Mark spoke to lab again, but no further info on reason for missing result. Mark will send in necessary info and work directly with the DMCA unit on investigation. ACTION NEEDED: The DWP will review info submitted from water system to investigate validity of Oct. 2006 TCR violation for not enough routine samples.
