Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to TC pos. 10/02/2006 DETAILS: Talked with Diane, she said there had been something that had disconnected in the system that led to the TC positive. She said they immediately fixed this and resampled. Resample is okay. They were educated on the repeat sampling requirements. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
