Details:	SUMMARY: Routine sample collected on 11/10/06 tested positive for total coliform DETAILS: I called Troy. He was not aware of the positive sample. I spoke with Grants Pass Water Lab. They have been trying to contact Troy but have not had any success. They did take 4 repeat samples, which will be done this afternoon. Troy said that his plans to drill the new well have been delayed as a result of high costs. He is currently on surface water but will be switching over to the existing well soon. The bad sample was at the mens room faucet, which has been problematic for him before. 11/16/06- 3 of 4 repeat samples tested positive for total coliform. See the next alert for continued action taken. ACTION NEEDED: The water system needs to be disinfected (see next alert).
