| Details: | SUMMARY: LCR Excursion Alert DETAILS: City of Lafayette has received 5 LCR Excursions in the past six months. I spoke with Jim Anderson who informed me that the pump taps out a lot during the winter months. He will be replacing a component of the check valve to see if that works. The water system does not have an alarm system if the pH drops below 7.3. Jim checks the pH and the pumps daily every morning. OAR 333-061-0034 (3)(m) requires the DWP to issue a violation if the pH goes below 7.1 more than 9 days within a six month period. ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
