| Details: | SUMMARY: The routine sample collected on 11/30/06 tested positive for total coliform DETAILS: 12/05- Paige said that they had not used the outside faucet, which was used for this sample, for a couple of months and they only flushed it for one minute. She submitted four repeat samples today. 12/07- 1 of the 4 repeats tested positive for total coliform (the same location as the original positive- outside faucet). See next alert.
