| Details: | The treatment report submitted for February showed that the chlorine residual was below the 0.2 mg/L minimum at the entry point on February 2nd. The required CT/disinfection standard was also not met that day. On March 12, I emailed Lenny and board member Hal Fitzgerald the scanned treatment report and the template for the appropriate Tier 2 public notice. I got a message from Lenny stating that it was a data recording error on his part versus what he had measured that day. I replied via email that he can submit an amended report to DMCE and cc me so I know it's been taken care of. |
