| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform on sample dated 11/30/06 DETAILS: Sample taken 11/30/06 positive for TC. Spoke with Mrs. Jacobson, she was unaware that a sample had been taken. Will check with management to assure it was this site. Instructed her to take 4 resamples, one being the well and 4 connections up and down from the positive sample. Also reminded her to take 5 routine samples this month after the repeats are negative. She will contact the owners and follow up on the sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats now and 5 routines after repeats are negative. | ||
