| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to TC pos. on 12/12/2006 DETAILS: Talked with manager (Toy), she said that a new person took the sample from the kitchen faucet. They have been educated in the past about not using that faucet and a coliform sampling plan was developed. Apparently, new employee was not knowledgeable about the plan. They will take 4 repeats and were reminded they need to take 5 samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
