| Details: | Two of three repeat water samples came back positive for TC. One RP sample came back negative. Source sample was negative. The reservoir is likely the problem at this water system. Operator agrees with this. Operator is working with other homeowners on the system to develop a plan for either repair or replacement of the water reservoir. If replacement occurs I advised that a plan review would need to be completed. Discussed situation with DWS contact and referred Mr. Helgeson to DWS for discussion of plan. The repeat that came back negative could possibly have been taken after a UV point of use treatment at a residence. | ||
