| Details: | SUMMARY: Investigate total coliform positive repeat samples taken 10/02/06 DETAILS: Phone call to lodge office in Medford (541-779-8390). Spoke with Kathy Schleining, owner, about the 4 repeat samples taken on 10/19 coming back positive. Told Kathy that they need to continue doing sets of 4 repeats until all come back OK. Kathy told me the lodge is being closed for the season and asked what to do. I told her that in order to get back into compliance, next spring before they open, they will need to perform 5 routines plus post a public notice for 7 days explaining what happened. ACTION NEEDED: Await posting of public notice and results of 5 routine samples before opening. | ||
