| Details: | SUMMARY: 3 of 4 repeats taken 12/6/06 TC pos. DETAILS: Spoke to Melvin. I told him he needs to do a public notice and send a copy to the state. After he fixes the problem, he needs to have 5 temporary routines in January and they all have to be absent for coliform before he can return to routine monthly sampling. He indicated he will disinfect the system prior to the January samples. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time, will continue to monitor. | ||
