| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator will collect 4 repeats, disinfect system, keep PN in place DETAILS: Operator states three of five routine samples collected 12/13/06 were TC pos. Positive sites were the well head, space 32, and laundry room. The operator states that the sample tap on the well has a backsiphonage prevention check valve on the faucet. She will replace the hose bibb on the well before collecting another sample there. I suggested she thoroughly disinfect the P/T. Op will collect four repeats ASAP and keep the PN in place.
